I'm currently eating organic tofu stir-fried in olive oil, sweet and sour sauce and soy sauce which I put in a whole wheat pita. (Sometimes I use bar-be-que sauce, depending on my mood). I'm also going to steam some veggies, probably carrots and broccoli. Later, when I want a snack (either out of boredom or hunger, or both), I'll have an apple and a banana. For dinner, I think we're going to have vegan veggie pizza on whole wheat crust, semi-homemade. (The crust dough came from Trader Joe's and the sauce from either Wal-Mart or Kroger, I don't know which, and the frozen veggies came from Kroger. All told, dinner will cost us about $3. If I get a chance today, I might make a whole wheat, fat free vegan chocolate cake.)
Just some thoughts.

Subway! Italian BMT with lettuce, tomato, pickles, black olives, and spicy mustard. That sounds good to me!
