A Lot of lunges and squats, baby.
Train heavy and do 4 or 5 sets of each, 2 times a week.
Also, climbing stairs. A LOT.

I have noticed a HUGE difference, and my boyfriend too. He always tells me I have a big butt, and in his culture (Latino), it is the ultimate compliment :)

Get lots of protein into you then start running up and down stairs everyday! But be careful! You don't want to have to explain to your doctor "I broke my nekc trying to get my bum bugger..." Lol!!!
