I just had my baby almost 3 weeks ago and I'm looking to start working out again. I gain most of my weight in my thighs and butt. What are some simple but effective workouts that I can do besides walking, ect.?

If you want to lose inches - cardio: swimming, dancing, playing football.

If you want to tone your muscles - Pilate's is great, as is yoga. However, a lot of yoga classes are purely for the spiritual benefits whilst others are for the physical.

As already said squats. Walking squats too
leg lifts are good. Its seems that when you are focusing on one area its considered muscle toning.
To obtain weightloss though over all cardio is essential. Doing some of that will help work off the weight you want off your thighs and butt. A good brisk walk is considered a good cardio.
