I would have to see a picture of the puppy.

Those are both beautiful breeds and the animals are very expressive (particularly the Staffordshire--we have one named Hennessey who smiles and shows her teeth--beautiful!).

When we name our animals, we try on names until one fits. Sometimes it is the first one, sometimes it takes a change or two until it is right.

But I don't think anyone can actually give you a name. You are better off looking at a website or a book of pet (or baby!) names.

Congrats on getting a puppy....

I would suggest that you first get the dog. Once you get to know the dogs personality you will know what to name her. Otherwise you may choose a name that is unsuitable or that the dog doesn't like. Yes, that does happen.

PLEASE don't name the Jack Russel "Jack".

ps for the bull I like the name Ruby.

Spaz-ma-taz?
Lady?

I know my terrier is both! Her name is Zoie and it suits her. The puppy's personality will also give you some clues.

And the other poster who suggested the name that means 'little' in french- 'Little' is petit (male) or pettite (female). Bijoux is the word you were looking for, and it means 'jewlery'.
