Ok so this guy just broke up with me after two days. And i dont know how to repay him because he is going back out with this really ugly girl and now he is saying rumors about me. Please help me!

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Your calling some one ugly, because of your sexual rivalry does not confirm that she is an ugly girl.
And, even assuming that she is ugly, it is not some thing like a holy mission that he should stick on to you. He might have had it enough with you and decided to try out a new lassie. What's wrong in that?

First of all, what happened in those two days that you guys went out? Was it like a one night stand thing or something? How did you present yourself to him? Also, revenge is not the answer. You need to be the better person and realize that he's not worht your time anyhow. Don't worry about what the other gilr looks like.
But rather think to yourself, that he has no morals at all and if he can't even stay with you but two days, what makes you think he'll even stay with that girl a long time?!
Sounds to me like he doesn't even know how to be in a true relationship.
Your revenge would be him seeing you in the furture with another guy that treats you right and that you deserve. Then maybe he will regret what he did to you. But this doesn't mean go out there and find any old guy.
For now though even though this may seem hard, just forget about the dude. He;s not worth your time girl! :)

Broke up with you after two days? What are you 12? There's nothing to break up after two days. Also, some guys really like ugly girls. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
