the following in WA this is attack third this is a similar cost as assaulting a police officer. really in case you attack anybody in authority you'd be charged with attack third - a classification C legal. This includes instructors, bus drivers, nurses, etc. to boot. protection guards do play an substantial function in regulation enforcement and public protection. I basically wish education and criteria were stricter.

I dont think so. Actually a person would get im more trouble assualting a police horse/dog then a security gaurd.

They are both officers acting in an official capacity.

One just has powers of arrest, the other does not.

I'm 6'2 and 205 lbs. (That doesn't matter to me, but apparently it does to you)
