My Michigan Drivers License is revoked. After the first of the year I will be moving to Wisconsin. Does anyone know if I can get a Wisconsin Drivers License even though my Michigan License is revoked?

Most states have agreements where if your license is revoked in one state.. it is in most others. You would have to contact whoever regulates the licenses in Wisconsin to be 100% sure. Just give 'em a call and see.... worst they can say is that you cant get one...

When you apply for a license in another State, they will ask you if you have ever had a license in another State and if it is revoked or suspended. You will sign a paper certifying this info to be true. The computer system will catch up with you and you will be prosecuted for fraud.

I went thru the same from Michigan to Iowa, pretty durn sure your licence had better be good or you won't get a new one in Wisconsin. They DO check you out.
