Half the icons are in English and the other in Hebrew. For example: when i go into my documents all the options on the top are in hebrew, so when i click on "file" written in Hebrew the options that come out are in English. All the options on the left hand side (in hebrew the options are on the left) are in english but meant to be in hebrew. Help?! I need it all to be in Hebrew

Probably dumb but if we install a foreign language version of our software on an English OS sometimes some is in English, some in foreign (and vice versa). Presumably your OS is HEbrew and your locale settings were hebrew when you installed your application... and that application does have a Hebrew version? If not it may not have a translation.

I not real sure on this. But, check in Control Panel and be sure your keyboard and Language (Global settings) are all set to Hebrew. I thinking when I did Polish, it needed to be both set or I get some Polish and some English.
