No, not really. Pretty much everyone I know who has never had a relationship has not really tried. People like that tend to sit around wondering why they never have relationships, rather than doing something about it. If you've put in a legitimate effort, you've had a relationship. Ultimately, there is always a mental health issue involved. People don't just not have relationships if they have tried to. There is ALWAYS a reason for it. The key is for the person in question to discover that reason and to remedy it. I recommend counseling.
