DMV...can I go to a different county's?

I lived in Lancaster county all my life but moved for college, now my college is still in the same state but different county. I'm getting a new license since I am turning 21, so will I need to get go back to Lancaster county to get it or can I just get it in a different county?

As long as it is in the same State, you can go to any DMV for this.
