most people consider it a girly drink. It has pink color to it, and was popularized by Sex in the City women.
I had a great one last night that had Charbay Blood Orange Vodka, Pineapple Juice, Cranberry Juice.

anything that's in a martini glass (that's not just a plain gin or vodka martini ) is most often a chick drink.

1 oz. vodka
1/2 oz cointreau
2 oz cranberry juice (pure)
Rim martini glass with lime and dip in fruit sugar. Shake up liquids in a shaker with ice and strain into martini glass. Enjoy! 1 serving

Chick martini.
2 parts vodka
1 part Triple sec
1 part Cranberry juice
1/2 part lime juice
Shake ingredients well, strain into chilled martini glass with or w/o sugared rim. Garnish with lime slice
