Beans, along with blueberries, rate high in immune-boosting phytochemicals, especially red beans.
In exchange for the social risk, one's diet is enhanced by beans loaded with fiber, a key contributor to weight loss, and heart health. Plus other essential vitamins and minerals.
Canned baked beans advertise the product as contributing to the 5 daily allowance of vegetables. But been criticised to the high levels of sugar and salt.
So make sure to choose the healthy option of the product with lower levels of sugar and salt.

Many common natural remedies are claimed to have blood sugar lowering properties that make them useful for people with or at high risk of diabetes. Learn here https://tr.im/YYO5F
A number of clinical studies have been carried out in recent years that show potential links between herbal therapies and improved blood glucose control, which has led to an increase in people with diabetes using these more 'natural' ingredients to help manage their condition.

yes very good! They count as one of your five a day and are full of fibre. The only down side is that they can contain quite a bit of salt and sugar although you can by reduced sugar and salt versions now. I ended up adding salt to those ones though so maybe its better just to buy the original!

They are okay, not if you make em like my mom where they are doused in mollasses and brown sugar and mustard, yummy...yes, good for you...who cares.
If you are looking for that boost of bean goodness in your diet, try black beans and garbanzo beans. If you strain the black beans and rinse till they do not get foamy or whatever, you are less likely to get gas...I have heard if you eat papaya also but never tried it. :)

Yep, all that fibre in the haricot bean makes fine for healthy livin for your bowel even if it is prone to wind generation!
I've got a great recipe for 5 bean curry and that remarkably only has the same effect as beans on toast.

There are many healthy fruits and vegetables. Fruit and vegetables like broccoli and kale contain calcium and are packed with fiber.
