Read the New Testament, so you can find out more of what you're looking for. He would like to talk with you.

*Additional material* Nick F, there were at least four references to Christ in Roman history. Tacitus, Annals, xv, 44; Flavius Josephus; Suetonius; and Pliny, who wrote to the emperor Trajan about what to do with the Christians. Would you accept the words of historians living near the time of Christ?

Foundation laid: Mt 1:1...1Cor3:11 to build on.
Notably "the generation" of Jesus-->Christ,
Not the "generations" of Adam: Genesis 5:1
Nor "generations" of Abraham-David: Mt 1:17
Nor "generations" of David-Babylon: Mt 1:17
Nor "generations" of Babylon-Christ: Mt 1:17
Nor this generation, of vipers: Mt 11:16; 12:34
Nor wicked & adulterous generation; Mt 16:4
Nor faithless & perverse generation: Mt 17:7
For grace and truth came by Jesus Christ,
grace for salvation and truth for clarity.

Be ye reconciled (thru Jesus-->Christ)-->to God.
Twice fallen requires twice risen for "reconciled".
Twice fallen Baby-lon: "great"<--greater<--greatest.
So twice risen Christ: great-->greater-->"greatest".
For only what's greatest of three things never fails.

From what we are told he was a carpenter, who had a mystical experience of LOVE, this gave him the ability to be a faith healer and guided him in preaching the message of love. He was a man born of woman and died a man, many have had this message down through the ages, it is a heavy burden, many have failed to pass it on. He was a healer of souls as well as the body. His real name was Yeshua

Jesus Christ is the Son of the living God, who created the heavens and the earth. He came to earth about 2,000 years ago as a Man to seek and save the lost. One day, He asked His disciples who they thought He was. Let's follow the story...

Matthew 16:13-17
When Jesus came to the region of Caesarea Philippi, He asked His disciples, "Who do people say the Son of Man is?"
They replied, "Some say John the Baptist; others say Elijah; and still others, Jeremiah or one of the prophets."
"But what about you?" He asked. "Who do you say I am?"
Simon Peter answered, "You are the Christ, the Son of the living God."
Jesus replied, "Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by man, but by My Father in heaven."

Jesus Christ is also my Lord, my Saviour and my God. I desire to grow in the grace and knowledge of Him.

2 Peter 3:18
"But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To Him be glory both now and forever! Amen."

Finally, Jesus Christ came into the world not to judge or condemn humankind, but to save all of us from sin and death and give us eternal life and abundant life. He later went to the cross, where He took the divine punishment for all our sins so that we will not be punished when we receive His free gift of salvation.

John 3:16-17
Jesus said: "For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him."

John 10:10-11
Jesus said: "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full. I am the good Shepherd. The good Shepherd lays down His life for the sheep."

"The author and perfector of our faith."*

I believe that Jesus Christ, true God, begotten of the Father from eternity, and also true man, born of the Virgin Mary, is my Lord, who has redeemed me, a lost and condemned creature, purchased and won [delivered] me from all sins, from death, and from the power of the devil, not with gold or silver, but with His holy, precious blood and with His innocent suffering and death, in order that I may be His own, and live under Him in His kingdom, and serve Him in everlasting righteousness, innocence and blessedness, even as He is risen from the dead, lives and reigns to all eternity. This is most certainly true. **
