I have moved away from any of their locations and regardless of how many times I ask them to stop they keep calling me at odd hours and saying nothing. I know who it is because occasionally he'll say sorry I'll take your number off our contact sheet, but never does. What can I do?

Write a letter -- not an email -- to the Executive Director of the Habitat For Humanity organization you assisted. Explain that you believe someone from the organization -- and state this person's name -- is calling you "at odd hours and saying nothing" or, other times, "He'll say sorry I'll take your number off our contact sheet." This person isn't trying to get you to volunteer -- he's harassing you. You need to bring this to the attention of the leadership at Habitat. Don't delay.

Ask for a supervisor to the caller. Many times these people are paid callers, and are not members of the organization themselves. Speaking to a supervisor may get you actually taken out of the system faster.
