Go to the library with your headphones on listening to your favorite song. Start "bopping" to the beat while looking in the reference section. This will give off an air of "I'm not on the make". Girls will not feel threatened by you when you take the headphones off to ask them a riduculous question about the Civil War. The key is that if you want to meet girls, don't let them know that you want to meet them. Have the confidence to say to yourself, "I can get any girl that I want". If one rejects you, go on to the next. Eventually, someone compatible will come along and say "yes".

If you want a girlfriend find a girl you like and ask her out. I usually go for girls that are friendly or that i have been friends with for a while because they know me.It also might have to do with how attractive you are.
