Just being nosey & want to see what akine of food people eat.I think i'm gong to have a mess of collared greens 4 breakfast-------------naw i'm just kidding --but i did have a bowl of old fashion oats with some pancake syrup in them 4 a sweetner & i ate a sasuage & biscuit w/strawberry jelly on it----& oops black coffee.

Ok, just came back in this Q to check up on what you all had for dinner etc. Now I am blooody starvin mate, watch out fridge, mmmm pizza, mmmm MacDonalds sundae in the freezer, mmmm, lots a stuff, mmmm leftover spaghetti, mmmm. I just might be sick if I eat all this.

Ok, food report,
I had some left over sketti, garlic pizza, a glass of flavored milk - low fat, and I am going to devour the sundae, which by the way, is a large caramel sundae, mmmmm, yum.

Hmmmn, I wonder if this has any bearing on my weight problems, hmmn, ponder ponder, wonder wonder.

For dinner last night i had spagetti and a glass of milk and a candy cane for dessert and for breakfast this morning i had some applesauce and a glass of milk, for lunch i will probably have more spagetti and dinner will most likely be porkchops mashed taters and green beans my favorite yummm

This morning:
toasted english muffin with slice of cheese and scrambled eggs in between
oatmeal with "raw sugar"
