At 51 chances are you have started the hardening of the arteries. You need to see a Doc have the cholesterol, blood pressure done, loose weight if you are overweight, start a low fat diet and exercise, otherwise you will be heading for trouble. Good Luck.

numbness mainly due to vitamin B6, and vitamin B12 deficiency .these vitamin es mainly found in meat and liver and available OTC in pharmacy and supermarket.
