Use a can of chicken broth or bouillon cubes. Might need two cans don't know how much left overs you have . Anyway sauté some onion, celery(optional), Put into your broth, put left overs into your broth, at this point you'll know if you need to add broth. Bring to boil, lower simmer for 10 minutes, add some pepper, taste to see if you need salt & add, then add chopped green onions, cook 5 min.. Remove and let set for at least 15 minutes. You could all other stuff at the beginning like carrot slivers or mushrooms, whatever you want. Sounds good!

if you have the chicken bones or carcas(I hate that word) boil it for 3-4 hoursa with some onions and veggie and make a broth. that is the tastiest soup. If not use the canned broth,
throw in cut up chicken and veggies after you strain it. Put int he pasta or rice (cooked) only when you are ready to serve it.

what kind of cheese??
bag of baby carrots cut in half
1 large onion
5 celery ribs chopped
bag of frozen chopped spinach (optional)
bu some chicken bullion
add it to 3 quarts of water on the stove
add all other ingredients except rice
let cook for about an hour
cook rice seperately
there is your chicken soup... i like to put grated parmesan cheese on it....
