I've always used epicurious.com's Advanced Search, or cookinglight.com. You'd never guess they're low fat. And just watch your portions. :)

Congrats on your upcoming wedding! There is a healthy cooking section on www.foodnetwork.com and you can get recipes for free from www.weightwatchers.com. Consider keeping a small notepad with you and everyday write down what you eat, the amount and the time. This can give you and idea if you get the munchies mid-morning or an energy slump in the afternoon. As you review this information you can further change what and how you eat to make sure your food choices are making you healthier not just to look better.
With so much going on with the wedding you don't need more stress but after you have had time to settle into life as a newlywed go to your physician and ask to have a complete physical. This will let you know that all your hard work is a success and you're headed to a healthier new you with every bite you take. Best of luck with all this.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aMIQS

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

allrecipes.com, they are great! you can search by different categories such as healthy, breakfast, lunch, sides and so on. Best part is most of the recipes have a nutrition label and user reviews to let you know how the recipe worked out and/or how to make it better. Allrecipes.com is my bible when it comes to cooking for my family. And congrats on your wedding!
