You don't need money to give your mother a present. Clean your room, clean out the garage or anything that needs to be done. Make her a dinner or breakfast, even a sandwich or a bowl of cereal would be appreciated. Make her a card. Tell her she's a good mom, and tell her a specific reason why. With your father or some other relative, bake her a cake or brownies. Watch your young siblings, if you have them, while she takes a bubble bath or a nap.
The best birthday gift in the world is knowing that your child thinks you are great and loves you. No one needs more "stuff".

If you're not old enough to have a traditional job, then check with neighbors to see if you can babysit or do yard work.
If you're old enough for a job, this time of year there are a lot of part-time jobs due to holiday season.
Of course you mention by Saturday, so that puts a serious time-limit on earning money to purchase a gift.
In that case, you should put on your thinking cap and think of something you could do for your Mom that doesnt' cost money instead of actually buying her something.
Offer to prepare a meal for her for her birthday. Or offer to help her do something in particular that you wouldn't usually help her with.
Gifts don't always have to be something that is purchased and often the ones from the heart mean so much more to people.

Perhaps money isn't the answer. For Mothers Day last year, I gave my mother a jar with little pieces of paper folded up in it. On each piece of paper, I wrote something about her being my Mother. Like "Remember the time......". Or "I love you because.....". And told her to open one each week for the next year.
Just an idea. There are a lot of other things similar that you could come up with.

I have a better idea.
How about fixing her breakfast in bed, doing a little extra chores around the house, make her a card! those are the best. Make her gift for her, i know it sounds silly but honestly, i've done that a few times.
The best gifts are those that come from the heart and not the store.

Sell something or borrow from a friend...maybe your Dad can give you the money. Mom will understand if all you can give her is a card, it is the thought that matters.

Pick up cans off the side of the road, take them to a recycling center and get .56lb. Little work never hurt anybody. Have a bake sale.

Babysit, cut lawns, rake leaves, shovel snow, walk a dog, there are plenty of things you can do.
