I am Shabir Memon From Pakistan, I received an email message that I'm winner of yahoo promtion programme YAHOO LOTTERY INC & WINDOWS LIVE.
lottery held on Nov 2007. There are no serila no. , tickit no. and refrence no. and my prize is 800,000.00 dollors , they wrote that I send them my personal inf. in order to claim 800,000.00 dollors. What I should do?

No, it's a scam, there isn't a Yahoo lottery. People get these emails all the time. Just delete it, you didn't win anything.

If you reply, they'll tell you to send them some money for various fees to collect your "prize". That's where the scam comes in. There is no prize.

Hello.

No, it is a scam. They will ask for your personal information and try to get your checking account information, then clean you out. Or they will send a check and ask part of it to be returned as a proceccing fee. You send the money, then the check is rejected because it is fake.

Delete it! It's a scam.
If Yahoo or Microsoft was participating in a Lottery you and millions of others would know it.
If you didn't enter, you can't win.
When you enter a lottery, noone not even the lottery office, knows who won until the winner turns in the ticket.
Besides, international lotteries are illegal.
