Are all the playstation 3 games in HD?

Every single PS3 game is made in HD format. Now whether the game looks good or not is up to the developer. Hopefully, they would want it to look good, but look at games like Gundam Wing for the PS3. Not pretty.

Yes but like above whether or not they look is up to the developer.However not all of them display at 1080P even though most of them do.
