You must be finding this situation an awful strain. Could there be a medical reason she is unwilling to feed her pups, is this her first litter? It may be worth ringing your vet and asking his advice, he may want to see her and the puppies. The big problem is the pups need their mothers' milk to get the anti-bodies they need. If it is impossible to get her to feed them, ask the vet for the best supplement you can give the babies. You must be a very caring person to take this job on, well done and I wish you the best of luck, hope it works out for you and the pups, and of course mum.

The mom needs to take care of her puppies, THAT is the only way the WILL survive.

Sounds like one lazy mama!
I would put her in the whelping box with them to let them get milk from her. You will probably have to continue caring for the puppies if the mama is that disinterested in them.

She will react to them when they make enough noise. Plus they are old enough now to start on solid food. Just get some dry food and soak it in warm water. Feed it to them about four times per day. Keep an eye on them so they dont get to excited and choke on it. DONT GIVE THEM CANNED FOOD.

Make them groul.
Im more concerned about what you are going to do with them. Have you contacted any rescues to help you. They may not be able to "take them off your hands" but they should be able to help with vetting and placing them in proper homes when the time comes.
They should also be able to help with teaching you how to properly wein them.
