nothing is easy sweet its not meant to be thats why when something good happen you appreciate it more

To some extent, you may have "seperation anxiety" which is normal at the end of a relationship. If it is still as bad after several days, you may wish to seek a support group, pro. help, or at least some distraction.

Be careful with bars, since they may lead to drinking, which may make your depression *worse*.

get busy doing something ....
fill your time with volunteer work or cleaning, or exercising.. or just being with family and friends.
The poor me's are not advisable... they will crimp your style, make you look and feel miserable.
This is a holy holiday to give thanks... so get moving and give someone a helping hand and feel good...
maybe it is a neighbour, a shut in, anything to make you feel like you have accomplished something positive.....
you can not change his not being there, so quit wasting your time.....make good use of your time instead...

I heave the same problem occupy your mind to get it off him it will take some time but it will work slowly but surely

allow some time to cry but then realize if he is too stupid to see the real you and left `you you don't want an *** like that anyway

find you a couple of fellas you like tell em your lonely and depressed and spend time with them seeing if maybe one might be even better than that sorry him that lost out on your wonderful self

if break up you will heal and move on, it gets easier as time goes by, i know everyone will tell you that but most have gone though it.

GO FOR A WALK EACH DAY FOR EXERCISE, AND VISIT A GROUP THAT DOES CRAFTS AND MAKE NEW FRIENDS. SOME GROUPS GO DANCING AND ART . ASK AROUND AND LOOK AROUND AND THINK POSITIVE , ENJOY. I AM SINGLE, AND THATS WHAT I DO.AND ITS FUN.
