To make a long story short, how do we move a case forward to trial that has been stalled and stonewalled by the attorney for the people we are suing who has spent three straight years filing endless frivolous motions?

We have solid evidence which is why they dont want this to go to trial. We know it. They know it. Their attorney knows it. And after three years it should be clear to them that we have the time and money to continue with this case and that we have no intention of quitting.

So why would a judge tolerate these mindless motions into infinity? I understand that they have rights but dont we have rights as well?

Any opinions are welcome.

Good luck. Judges and attorneys get so involved in the laws. They forget about justice.
I was a claims adjuster when I got injured in an auto accident. Even though I knew the ropes, it took me six years to get a settlement. It came when we were meeting to pick a jury for the trial.
Defense attorneys get paid by the hour.
