"Where for" is incorrect. The text is wherefor, which actually means "why". Hence, Romeo oh Romeo, why are you Romeo? Hence, deny thy father and refuse thy name.

"Wherefore art thou Romeo" does NOT mean "Where are you, Romeo?"
Rather, it means "Oh, WHY are you Romeo?" - lamenting that fate had decreed that her love Romeo was from a family feuding with Juliet's family, and therefore was a forbidden love.
