Do not give a thought to the coffee you have had ,,just think of sleeping, you are just getting tensed up that you have had coffee and you will not be able to sleep.

Caffeine doesn't affect everyone the same way. I can drink coffee before going to bed and sleep like a baby.

Well, studies have proven that it's all psychological.

It was proven that coffee doesn't prevent you from sleeping by giving caffinated coffee to decaf drinkers and vice-versa.

They thought they were drinking their regular types of coffee and the results proved that it's all psychological.

I average 10- cups a day and sleep like a baby. Hopefully you have a companion to kill time with.

It's more of an 'improbability' than a 'mystery'.

Self-medicate with alcohol, sleeping pills, or arsenic
and you'll be snoring and drooling in no time.
