If we love and appreciate the person who is either ignoring us or condemning us, both situations are painful.
I believe ignoring might be a little more painful because in such case we do not have the chance to defend ourselves. While when condemned, we do have this chance - we can even fight!!

I will stick to your parameters and only answer condemned or ignored.
I was condemned a long while back. I was raised to know right and wrong and by those standards I am deserving of condemnation 100 times or more. My actions good or bad do not alter that judgment. I can wish they do but i know they do not. I just have to accept that as the way it is.
As for ignoring me, I know that happens all the time. A friend was supposed to have called me hours ago and has been a no show. It hurts right now but I am sure that this will be yet another good story about last minute interruptions and what all went wrong. I have cosen to let people do as they please in the belief that if they really care then they will be there of their own free will. It is mighty selfish and stupid of me to do that and it allows people to ignore me all the more. I try not to ignore others but I let them ignore me to no end.
So which is more painful?
I would say it is a tie.
Because if I die today then who cares if I am condemned for eternity because if I die today my last memory will be of being ignored and that will mean an eternity of remembering that fact.
It's a tie.
BTW. It is hard to take you seriously as a pink elephant when I no longer drink and the circus is not in town. This must be for LUCKY and her Circe Du Soleil passion. So where are the clowns? There ought to be clowns. Maybe next year....

condemned because I preferred them to leave me alone by ignoring me instead of being condemned.LOL no I mean love of my life I didn't even know that you were suspended because I was busy trying to check off my 100 questions marathon.I just found out last night and doesn't matter what level you are I still consider you as a very intelligent woman and I still admire you at any level.welcome back .you can start over and with the experience and the knowledge that you have no one can bring you down for so long because you have the leader mentality you will always know how to get back to the top where you belong.if you don't mind sharing you can email me what happened so I will learn and try to avoid those situations thanks again for being a good spiritual friend.

I would think condemned, because it seems hopeless. If some people are ignoring you, no big deal, happens to all of us.

It's very painful being ignored. It's a confirmation that nobody cares.

I don't like being condemned. Taking critisism well isn't one of my virtues.
