any poop is considered full and needs to be changed asap. They make night diapers that hold alot more so a full night diaper isnt the same as a day one. Typically when it sags. If the child is actively moving about and not a infant then they are sitting up, trying to stand and fall. Well they are falling into a saturated sack of urine. So what we would do is squeeze the front of the diaper and tell how full it was. Some parents wait untill they leak. but diaper rash is no fun and the kids cry at night from it (they pee and then it burns).

I guess a full diaper could be anything you want it to be. Some would say if a diaper is wet, then it's full, others would say if you have poop in it then it's full.
I guess if you really wanted to get technical then full would be holding as much pee and it can until it is totally saturated and if one more drop of liquid was to be put in the diaper it would overflow, also the same with poop, it would be as much as the diaper could hold without it spilling out the leg or waist openings.
All the above of course includes a baby being in the diaper as well.
Good luck.

When the baby has pooped in the diaper. A baby should be changed whenever there is something in the diaper. Pee diapers can stay on a little longer.

Poopy diapers should be changed as soon as you can, as that would get uncomfortable very quick.
Disposable diapers can hold a lot without feeling all that wet inside. If it LOOKS soggy on the outside, change it. If it just looks a bit wet, it's fine.

Well, I would say if you're at home and the baby's awake then anything in the nappy counts as full. But if you're out or the baby's sleeping then you can get away with a slightly wet nappy until it's more convenient to change it. It's all a matter of what's going to stress the baby the most.

well i change my son when ever i notice the smell or every 3 hours , right before he eats , except at night when he is sleeping .
I think if the diaper weighs more than the child when you take it off you are NOT changing then enough .

Poops of course. And the pee is wicked away by the disposable diapers, so one pee shouldn't fill it. You can tell when to change the pee diapers by squeezing them; they'll feel jello-like when they're at their limit!
