What mistakes have you spotted?
For me its:
2003 Royal Rumble-after Tommy Dreamer hits Jericho with the Kendo stick Jericho says "again", Dreamer then hits him in the head and Jericho starts bleeding.
2003 Royal Rumble-After Jericho busts Michaels head open you can see a yellow tablet thing on the floor.

The ones i've personally spotted are.
Kane falling off of the top rope when he wrestled RVD.
The table not collapsing at SummerSlam 2000 when HHH tried to pedigree The Rock though it.
Randy Orton missing the RKO on Jericho.
Scott Steiner falls of of the ring apron.

at the royal rumble 2007 when Khali comes and destroying every one and it is supposed HBK to stand besides him..you can see that Khali is lost and HBK telling him where to stand something like "go to camera A" or like this...look at it...
also at Survivor Series HIAC match Taker vs Batista you can see that afterUndertaker hit the Tombstone to Batista..not in the steel steps and went for the cover the referee counted 1...2...and he was goin to count for 3 but he saw that Batista didn't realized it and he pushed Batista's shoulder just to wake him up..and he broke the count since Batsiat "kicked out"

last tuesday on ecw when it was kane vs BDV in xtreme rules the camera man fu*cked up by showing all of the tv monitors under the ring
this other time carlito was wrestling someone and they shoved him into the camera
and last monday when randy orton said he wasnt going to come out at the very end u could hear the camera man say CUT!
survivor series 07 melina f*ucks up her split and falls LOL
do those count??

for the thing with the yellow tablet that was nothing more then just the little holder that the blade sits in....they do really cut themselves with a special razor that sits in one of those yellow holders cuz most superstars keep it in there knee pad or elbow pad and the holder prevents them from getting cut during the match....and for ur question umm there has been over hundreds of mistakes that i have spotted....too many to mention...its live and scripted so of course there bound to have mistakes its not like tna who can edit the show.....smackdown is the only show that can be edited....
