Ave only 3 yards a carry in his career with his longest run 22 yard. In catching the ball he's way under 10 yards per catch but did have that long catch & run agains DAA-Bears.

He's was a super nova @ USC. I hope he peaks soon & not go the Ryan Leaf route.

Bush is a fraud with the Saints, he was a bigger fraud at USC.

A bust? No.
I never thought Bush was going to be a superstar. He is a good 3rd down kind of RB, great receiver, good in the open field, but he will never be a full time RB. He was more effective last year when the Saints still had Duece as the main runner.
A disappointment maybe but not a complete bust.

I don't consider him a draft bust. The Saints got what he is, a great athlete. But great athletes aren't necessarily great all the time. The bigger and more physical backs tend to be the ideal in the NFL and he's not that. He can't run between the tackles because he isn't physical enough and most teams key on him going to the outside. That's why the Saints were better last year because they had the physical runner in Duece running between the tackles. Reggie Bush would be better if he were in a Devin Hester return type roll and put into situations on offense that he could allow his athletic ability to shine.

At this point, I would consider him a bust. He hasn't done enough to justify his draft pick.

Devin Hester hasn't had anywhere near the playing time that Reggie Bush gets and he has 3 less touchdowns (not including playoffs) than Bush.

Curtis Enis, Ki-Jana Carter, Ron Dayne (11th overall) were busts.

He won't be Marcus Allen, but we can't say now that he's been a bust. Some RB's become better with the years: see Warrick Dunn, Thomas Jones or Tiki Barber.

Especially Thomas Jones, he became pretty good after he left Arizona where he had a horrible O-Line.

I don't know whether he is a bust or not, but he is overhyped. He may be 3rd in receptions for a running back, but he isn't even averaging 6 yards per reception. I also thing a lot of people are trying to make excuses for why he hasn't performed to expectations.

A bust??? hmm You have to consider that the Saints OL isn't that good.. The good running team always have great O Line who can open up a lane, for RB to go through.. But if Reggie Bush play for a team with great offensive line, and has mediocre stats then I wlll consider him as a bust..

No, its too early to call him a bust this yr hes played poorly and its cuz the saints arent the same team as of last yr. The saints need to get their **** together. If reggie would be in another team hed be a WHOLe lot BETTER.

I would not trade Maurice Jones-Drew for Bush ever. Jones-Drew has like 24 touchdowns in 25 games dude. Bush has commercials. So hahaha, the only thing Bush has going for him is that he isn't in jail for breaking the NCAA rules while at USC. You know, when his family was living for free in a huge mansion and stuff. Bush is a fraud and people still love him.

He's getting closer to that lable after every game. He simply doesn't have the explosiveness he had in college or perhaps he does and it just doesn't matter.. I am not sure. The Saints could use him more like a Devon Hester.
