It has a name several in fact .................. It's the Great Clock of Westminster. The Great Westminster Clock or just the Westminster Clock.
The Bell inside the Clock tower is Big Ben!

As everyone refers to it as Big Ben anyway, why not do a swap? Give it that name and rename the bell "Leslie Philips" (who'll forever be remembered for his "Ding DONG!").
