No one is meant to be. The phrase, "meant to be" is an idiot's phrase implicating not only predestination by some cosmic forces or supreme being(s), but indicating little need for personal responsibility, introspection or human reason. Saying that anything is "meant to be" is just about as retarded as saying, "follow your heart", but with the aforementioned and additional delusion.

Dear Carrie, The way to find out is to listen to your heart and soul. If he fits into your heart, and can mingle with your soul then the answer is yes. If it's the contrary then get a bike and get out of there as life will be a nightmare and not the dream you are looing for. Good luck....David
