About two hours but when this is a fairly regular occurrence then the cumulative effect is a state of exhaustion akin to being in a walking trance. If I could have even five hours sleep every single night it would be great - unfortunately I find too many distractions to keep me from my lovely bed ..... I really must try harder!

I have once travelled from Asia back to the UK for 13 hours and then head off to a nightclub all night. So I haven't slept for almost 2 days and still function - I must be as I was dancing!

about 1-2 hours. i can get off a 18 hour flight that i've only slept for like 2 hours on and stay awake for the rest of the day. :p

it depends, some days i can have 10 hrs sleep and still feel soo tired, but once i had 3 hours sleep only and was wide awake at school the whole day! weird.......

well i need at least 9 hours... last night i only got 5hrs due to stressing out and couldn't sleep properly, i had to take a test today and to my surprise, i passed.. so i guess i functioned well.
