i thought you had to be under 16 for it to be statutory rape?
i would stick with her until she turns 18, then dump her a little while after, then he can say that any sex he had with her was after she was 18?
how psychotic are we talking?

He's between a rock and a hard place. At 22, he should be old enough to know to verify something, when in doubt – like look at a drivers license. Her being a junior/senior in HS and meeting her at the bus stop every day after school should have given it away.
Best advice: Have a serious talk and try to make a clean break. If not possible, refrain from ANY and ALL further sexual contact until she become 18 and her parents throw her a legitimate party.
Your in a pickle my friend. Make your decision wisely or they may come back to haunt you.

Hmmm....Physical evidence will have to be present to claim statutory rape,so without that he will be safe from any legalities..(just having sex does not constitute rape, vaginal damage does)
Maybe tell the girl he wants to have an open relationship with her,in otherwords they date other people, and if shes dead set against it then let her know that her immaturity is what is hard for him to deal with in such matters...Making her feel inferior to his intelligence & maturity will piss her off but in the long run she will blame herself for the break up..=)

He could start doing little things, like picking his nose and farting, sneezing, eating gross food.
This will repulce the psycho and she will surely leave him, but if he pretends he wants her to stay and wants the relationship to keep going, she'll be the one leaving, then she won't have any angry feelings or hate for him.

dump her.why?
first, smak him on the back of the head for me. second the age differance isn't enogh, the court won't buy into her story as long as your friend has a clean record (e.g. never been to court for this before) also, chances are this b**** has a record of accusing ppl wrongly.

If she has had sex with other guys, the statutory rape thing won't stick. He should dump her anyway.
