Well thats a buisness sense. I work for an american incorporated company for the last 2 years being in india. Ther are lot of jobs however it depends on what do you want.

If you are a skilled person then you should'nt have asked this questions. It is the same happening in America. People are jobless their as well.

You need to find the are of intrest and search for a jon in an indian comp or amearican company.

That is a buisness practice and you should't get involved in it on a open forum..................

Aren't American companies offering jobs to Indians in their establishments located in India?Trust corporates to know their beans and go for cost effectiveness by whatever means it can be done.In the corporate regime what matters most is profits and some more and issues like nationality has no meaning unless forced upon them.By the way,in many cases it may turn out to be cheaper to employ Americans than import Indian manpower or the availability of expertise may be an issue.Incidentally, even if all such jobs are given to Indians,it wouldn't make even a dent in to the unemployment figures of India.Lastly, let's remember that we are operating in a free market now.

Hi Man,

Your are a person with a narrow vision. Should it be a rule of the thumb, when India companies operate in USA, require staff on certain assignments, they should recruit from India. ??? The Indian companies are there to make their money and send back home allowed profits. It is but natural they offer job locally & perhaps that is one condition they have been allowed to operate in USA.It is give ans take. I am sure you only know to take, as per your question.

Your joblessness, is the concern of your Elected governments, & not of USA Admnistration. You guys go there with cheap mentality, & life style, without much of civilized upbringing & really spoil the place, for much better Educated Indians there.

that shows the spirit of commerce. When Americans in India, offer outsourcing jobs to Indians in India, you want the Indians to offer those jobs also to Indians ? How mean. That would be discriminatory. Indians in America, what gave you the idea, that they are in love with Indians, and thier values? They love their business, as the first principle. Then they love thier fatherland, motherland etc. They offer to americans, because ( a small secret here) when the top executives speak a policy or other secret matters, which they dont want thier EMPLOYEES to eavesdrop on , they would speak in Hindi or thier vernacular language. That is why they do not employ Indians, because frankly speaking, we indians do not know how to mind our own business.

By your very narrowminded ShivaSena type logic, all the foreigners working in American tech companies such as Microsoft, Apple, etc should be fired and replaced by Americans! Even the Americans put a brave face when their jobs were outsourced to India and other countries with cheap labor.

Hm...because America is a free country. If they turned down Americans, it would be discrimination. Because the company is funded by the government, they can't discriminate. But if this company was privately funded, they could turn down anyone for any reason.
