i am looking for anything on the case of SS Ardennes 1951, it was also known as Michael S Evryalos Maritime Ltd v. China Pacific Insurance Co Ltd, it is a uk case and i have searched google but it sucked. Does anyone know anything about this case or can they explain to me about oral evidence relating to contracts in writing? Any help i will be grateful

Oral evidence is not enforceable since these are not part of the written stipulations in a contract.
