K lets say you are in a public place in the bathroom..and there is no toilet paper in the stall you are in..nor in the ones next to you..what would you do? improvise with something in your purse..not wipe and just leave..or what?

Well first of all that would suck a55.
Honestly it depends on if i did poop or pee.
And where I was. Most likely id take my panties off and wipe and walk around with no underware. If i had money I would then buy some and wet wipes too.

Use a toilet seat cover. Rough it up, make it soft and fold it a few times! Good Luck!!!

Go straight for the toilet seat liners. If those aren't there, go outside and scrounge something - napkins, something.
