my computer has been having these recovery tihngs that say "we have copied this and the file was saved" and then at the same time the "please send error report" thing came up does this mean something is wrong with the computer or have i got a virus or something??
its been doin it since we had a blackout 8 hours ago

your system has recovered from a serious crash, The bug report will be sent to MS for further analysis and study information. This is the tool designed by MS for MS itself from the USer..
No worries. you can switch it off also. but its recommended

i dont think its a virus.. maybe...i think it was trying to tell you that what you were doing before the blackout has been saved.. its a function of the pc to save whatever you were doing before a power outage, so you will not lose everything left unsaved..

You should update your internet security suite and do a full scanning. with system recovery disabled.
It seems a mixed type: spyware+virus+DoS attacks
