For a price almost anything can be done.Your pool has 'popped out' for one of two reasons. The frost has heaved one end or hydraulic pressure(a high ground water level floated it out.)
In any case dirt has back filled the hole & the pool will not fit back down. The only way to get it back down is to almost redo the entire installation. $$ If the pool is only off a bit we just re-landscape to make it look better, but...if its way out there will be a lot a digging going on around your house the the coming weeks.
If you have the pool reset.. have them install a pressure release valve in the pool. This is a one way valve to allow the high ground water pressure to escape into the pool instead of popping it out of the ground. As the hi pressure ground water enters the pool it will carry dirt with it, but it's easier to clean the pool than do a reinstall.

Yes it is fixable.

Contact some contractors in your area (general and pool installation) for quotes. If the entire pool is fiberglass, they may have to remove it and go into the pit to "fix" problems. If the fiberglass is a liner in an otherwise concrete or other material pool, there's been some water infiltrate behind the pool linder and they will have to, again, remove the liner to fix the problem. In any case, be sure you have a budget equal to the original installation cost of the pool...just in case. Repairs can occasionally uncover serious problems that have to be fixed in order for the licensing authority to provide the paper that means you won't have to rip it back out once they're done.
