naggy customer an old bag and told her she was talking out her rear? Your thoughts on the show and if you have ever dealt in a customer service role don't you just HATE people who think by yelling and complaining they can get a quality product and service for nothing? (go ahead people tell me your worst customer service story but don't forget to answer the original question too) :)

I thought that was so cool . I used to be a waitress and I have wanted so bad to tell customers that sometimes. If it was so bad why did she keep eating then ? why did'nt she just leave ? I hate when ppl do that . although I have complained about things but never did I ever expect anyone to take it off my bill . I think that is a jerk thing to do . good luck .

I laughed so hard when he told her she was talking out her rear!! I actually gasped when he made the comment calling her an old bag!! Chef Ramsey is hysterical!!!!!

I also think that the other customer needed to be straightened out, the one that eventually got into a fight with another customer in the parking lot. She was standing near the entrance running her teeth about how bad everything was!!

When I was a waitress, I had a guy come in and eat appetizer, dinner, dessert...leaving barely any food and THEN made a huge stink when the bill came totally trashing the food and insisting that he would not pay for such a terrible meal. He was yelling, flailing his arms, and being a meek 16 year old at my first job I was absolutely speechless!!!! Fortunately another waitress came over and straightened the guy out, while I continued to remain speechless. I'm 28 now and I can remember it like it was yesterday. man, if that happened now, things would go A LOT differently!!!

When I managed a bank years ago, we had a long time customer who had a lot of money at our branch. He would come in almost every day and harrass the staff and threaten to close his account if we didn't comply. One day I had had enough !!! As he ranted and raved, I simply typed a check for his entire balance and calmly told him his money was not welcomed in our bank any longer. I had security escort him out as the staff applauded and cheered. It was great...and senior mgt thanked me as well since he constantly bugged them at meetings.

I have never believed that the customer's always right.

Was that the one where Gordon Ramsay said "ding ding, round effing two!"?

I have not seen that episode yet, but I am looking forward to seeing it next Tuesday evening on Channel Four at nine o'clock.
