You only need a passport to go to different countries outside the EC. If you are travelling within a country why would you need a passport?

Once your in England - your in England, and since you will not be crossing any international borders in going from Manchester to London you do NOT need a passport whatever nationality you are.

No passport required....it's all in England, so if you're already in Manchester, you're good to go.

But , if u r on visit then u must have passport
