LOL, good question. Dreams don't always have to make sense. Do you want to be or are you pregnant? The dream could also be warning you that you could lose something you have and are very fond of.

have you been wanting to get pregnant? if you have that is why you dreamed it. dreams are what is on our unconscious. usually my dreams come true. maybe you are. you should see a doctor. :O)
