It can be normal for some people but others it can suggest blood pressure problems like if it elevates it's self it could be a sign of pre-eclampsia but don't get too worried you can just go to your local pharmacy and get your blood pressure taken or just go to your midwife or doctor and they will do it for you.

im 31 weeks and feelin dizzy and nausious a lot lately aswell.i vomited 3 times aswell in the last 3 weeks which is unusual as i had no morning sickness at all at the start.i told my doc and he said he doesnt know what it is as my blood pressure and urine were ok.he said it could just be how some people feel towards the end of their pregnancy.

I have been dizzy throughout my pregnancy because my iron is very low. I also see stars ALOT - have your hemoglobin checked often

it would be est to see your doctor. It could be normal, but there are other problems that could be causing you to feel dizzy.

Is there anything you're missing in your diet? Maybe you just need more nutrients as your baby is taking most of them.
