You have a point, it is propaganda. Very little of this existed before the 11th September attacks, now the idea that 'all Muslims are terrorists' is rammed down our throats 24/7.

Propaganda [from modern Latin: 'propagare', literally "extending forth"] is a concerted set of messages aimed at influencing the opinions or behavior of large numbers of people. Instead of impartially providing information, propaganda in its most basic sense presents information in order to influence its audience. The most effective propaganda is often completely truthful, but some propaganda presents facts selectively to encourage a particular synthesis, or gives loaded messages in order to produce an emotional rather than rational response to the information presented. The desired result is a change of the cognitive narrative of the subject in the target audience.

I think that the bombings in London 7th July in which many innocent people were murdered or maimed gave a very loaded message to the British. Dont you?
So the news isnt always anti-Muslim. I would say that message was Anti-West!
I think this a truer representation of the world.

Its propaganda, to be exact the Military Industrial Complex needs some Enemy to sell death to governments and its rather simple the Serbs were not a give group to spread the scare about so they just did not bother before that it was the USSR. they now seem to be moving back to Russia and Putin in fact. All depends on who takes over in Russia next year. if its one of Putin's friends you will see the new target will be Russia again.

I do not think the news is anti Muslim. In fact most people are reluctant to speak out because if they do they are branded racists. In fact I think this country bends over backwards to support law abiding Muslims and to help them integrate into our Society. I cannot think of anywhere else in the world that is so liberal to Muslims and their beliefs.

I agree with Bring me sunshine reloaded. Before 9/11 it was practically unheard of, since then Muslims are being made the scapegoats of all the problems of the West. So yes, it is just another form of propaganda.

I couldn't improve on David C's answer, this Country is very welcoming of Muslims and look how they repay our citizens who go into their Countries to help them.

They have to get news from somewhere and since there are very few Christians around, they have to look elsewhere.
