try exercising in front of the tv or watch a movie. it will help u enjoy the activity

well, my sister always says that i should try going to gyms, but i think i won't..hehe..
she always says that you could have a good chat at gossiping at gyms, same goes for looking for handsome boys..hehe..i went there last summer, it almost made me agreed to have few sessions there...also looking for new friends, learning alot like eating boiled eggs while not starve you even you don't eat any meals...and of course having a perfect body will be a dream come true, anyone will love having that kind of figure and its easy looking for a boyfriend [if you don' have one], makes you optimistic a person, I've noticed that in my sister because she won't stop at least she will run out of energy, makes you goal- oriented person. that's all. but i'll never get the hang of exercising...hope u'll get your goal come true!

join a team or regularly go out and play a sport. and if that doesnt work skipping for no reason is always fun and fast motion

Maybe go to a shrink and get hypnotized, so you THINK it's fun?
It's no picnic losing weight.
One really has to want to do it.
