The most valuable think in life for me is myself as a human being. The most valuable living thing is a human being. Since I am a human being, I can enjoy the values of family, father, mother, children, and anything else.

I'd say the fact that I actually have life is the most valuable thing in life to me. We take the very fact that we even breath every day for granted. We see being alive and continuing to live from each day to the next as sort of a given, but it is not. So, as I see it, nothing could have ANY value in life without the precious gift of actually being able to live, in and of itself. So, as silly as it sounds, life IS what I value most in my life.

Well, it is definitely not things that I place value on. The most valuable is relationships. What I value most is the time I get to spend with my kids. We only get a tiny fraction of their lives before they grow up. That time is priceless, and irreplaceable.
