when i go to the ER, are they going to make me have my mother with me? or can i go independantly? i'm 15 years old. if i do go, i'm probably going to have one of my friends go with me. preferably the one that got me pregnant, if i can find him at 2:12 a.m. thank you so much for any help you can give me.
God Bless

No, your mom DOES NOT have to come with you.
You can have whom ever you wish to be with you in the ER.
Or, you can go independently.
I agree with the person above me, There are better places to go to rather than the hospital. Like Planned Parenthood. If your worried about your mom finding out.
Good luck and God Bless :D

Depends on what country you live in....

The people before me might be right about minor's rights in their country.

But in other countries, you need your parents there....a boyfriend over 18 will not do either...that would make things worse. You need a parent or guardian.

Try to research on your specific country and state (changes by state as well).

I wish you the best =)

Why are you going to the ER? If you are going for a pregnancy test go to Planned Parenhood. I do not know if they will treat you in the ER without parental consent.

Usually if a minor goes to ER they will insist that the parent go along too, unless you can cock up a story that your mother is ill and that your b/f is your brother....

well good luck with this.............. they will most likely call your mother to come to the hospital if you are there. She has to sign a consent/release form...
