Eggs Benedict is awesome.
Scrambled are nice too.
I also love omlettes.
But my favourite way to have an egg these days is soft boiled, served in the shell, in an egg cup. Add a little salt and have some toast with it.

3 sunny side up, sharp cheddar cheese sprinkled on top, ketchup-Tobasco sauce I make. Followed by sausage patties, hash browns, multigrain toast, strawberry jam washed down with a big glass of orange juice.

scrambled with some tortilla chips scrambled in with them.. and then topped with a little bit of salt and pepper, and some spicy salsa! YUM
