Burning? I suggest you think back and think of anything that could have possibly gotten into your eye. After you do that, flush your eyes with water. Cold water. If that doesn't work, go to bed. By the next day, if they're still burning, go to the emergency room.

Yes, and you should also give your eyes a break from the computer ever 20 mins or so. Focus on some far away object, and just relax for a minute. It's not good to stare intensely at the computer screen for hours on end.
